The danger with not properly thinking through a plan is that it leads to unintended consequences. This is particularly true when carrying out any retrofit project, and is clearly not desirable if you are expecting a warm, comfortable and healthy home.
It's worth noting here that at PRL Ltd., after carrying out an extensive remodelling and retrofit project, we will continue monitoring the results with our clients for up to 12 months afterwards to make sure the works deliver what was promised.
We adhere to the requirements of PAS 2035, and have developed our own collaborative way of working with approved, accredited installers, assessors and project co-ordinators. This means that we can gather the correct information to deliver the right results.

These projects will demonstrate innovative approaches to retrofitting social housing at scale, using a whole-house approach. The projects will retrofit over 2,300 homes to bring them up to Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band C or higher.
